Left earbud discomfort and low volume

hey, my left earpiece (of the cmf buds) hurts when I put it in, and it doesn’t produce the same volume sound, because when I take the left one out I hear exactly the same thing when I put it in and when I put it on the right When I do it, I hear almost nothing with my left hand. what is useful to do now?

have you tried changing the left silicone tip to a smaller size?

Soooo, unequal volume, I can agree, I have 2 sets of CMF buds and both of them had less audio on left when compared to the right, go to a service center, they will test, and should replace, and it will be fixed then… and as for the pain part, that’s probably an user side issue.

Keerthin oh oke, but i cant go to the service center because, in the netherlands the dont have them, but i can contact them

romano is the device still in return period from wherever you bought it, if not, try contacting support, they should arrange for an replacement as long as it’s under warranty period.
