Having issues with my returns process. Very slow response. We are talking days and sometimes longer to get responses. I am repeated asked the same question...

Having issues with my returns process.

Very slow response. We are talking days and sometimes longer to get responses.
I am repeated asked the same question each time I respond. Some of the information I note each time I don’t have.

I can’t find any other way to address return except via CS. Is there another way I can expedite or get some tangible support?

I think it is #2968, but getting a bit lost as I had to raise a few as they seem to stop getting processed.

The latest is a refund finally agreed on 24/Jan still hasn’t been refunded and now getting no response to the last two request for update.

If you can help that would be great. Will be instructing my bank to take over next week should I see no progress

Thanks Rudi. Will come back to you this week if this doesn’t get resolved. It’s taking far too long given the whole thing started back at the end of December😓
