abiedassery And this is also what I’ve been saying for months now, I’ve contacted them & they have done sweet nothing to resolve my concerns.
It’s all very well mods on here saying use the feedback tool, send emails etc, yeah that kinda useless when they simply don’t respond.
This brand is starting to lose it’s shine & everyday I’m reading more negative posts from different owners.
They need to get a grip on this now before it gets out of control.
One thing they need to do is fix the bugs & quickly to restore faith in the brand.
It would also help is Carl stopped doing stupid podcasts etc about iPhones, beer, chats & started knuckling down on ironing out the hardware issues.
It doesn’t come across well at all when you see tech updates showing him jetting around the world while us owners have real problems with the devices & the brands support is non existent.
