Remi F I think stolen product or not covered by the warranty… I mean people could lie about their device being stolen and get a 2nd one for free, that’s understandable. So yeah sorry for you
adbo A warranty covers manufacturing and electrical defects. It doesn’t cover damage, loss/theft, etc. - that’s what insurance is for
