False touch responses on the display

It has been about 3 months since the purchase. Starting this week, the screen has been making false touch and swipe inputs even when I’m not touching it, making it difficult to operate with my hands.

I don’t think it’s related to the screen being dirty or dusty, as I experienced the same issue even after cleaning the device thoroughly. It seems that the touch sensor is causing false responses.

Could you please provide instructions on how to troubleshoot this issue?

_SI_NBJIZ8uKlo Many of us had this problem. I encountered it myself, my phone register false touches even if i’m not touching it. When it happens (cause it’s not all the time), it happens when i’m waking up. It is really weird and doesn’t happen all the time. I already reported it and you should do it yourself to raise awareness to the Nothing dev : settings > system > feedbacks

And this issue comes from no reason the same way it goes away for no reason, I really can’t explain it 🤷

Have you tried turning on mistouch prevention in your settings. That might make the issue better.
