Recently, I purchased a Nothing Phone 1 (white, 256 GB) from the Flipkart Big Billion Days offer.Ordered on October 8 and received on October 14.
The phone is now facing touch input or touch response issues.The phone stops responding to the touch until I swipe multiple times again (at the same or any other place on the screen).The screen works fine for some time, or if we continuously maintain touch, but stops working once I let go of my touch.
I have to do the same multiple swipes or clicks again to make the screen responsive again.Even in apps like YouTube and Netflix, the media keeps running, but only the touch stops working. I tried factory resetting, but the problem still remained. I noticed this issue first on October 9th.
The phone wasn’t even a month old and has no scratches or physical damage whatsoever. I even removed the plastic film to see if it was causing the issue, but I still couldn’t find a solution. The phone is on the latest 2.0.4 firmware
