I recently got a used product through your seller in India (Flipkart). Since the company is not willing to take back the product, i am stuck with a used watch pro. My problem is since the device was already paired with another device i am not able to pair with my device or able to turn on the device.
Can you suggest a way that i can hard reset the product without going into the menu and resetting from there.
Can someone please help me?
