Good afrernoon.
2 months ago more or less we received the os 2.0.4 update vía OTA. I’ve tried to download It that way but It said error in instalation.
After trying It many times with no luck I opened a ticket to nothing support team to seek for help, but they didn’t give any good answer yet that solved the issue. They sent me 2 .zip that I should install vía OTA offline but none of them worked.
2 days ago we received the OS 2.0.5 and I’m also facing the same issue as with the other build.
I’ve tried to download them myself and install them vía offlineupdater, i’ve changed the timezone to china sanghai and finally I ended Up making my phone a Factory reset with all data erase.
Eventhough I did all of this things, the phone still WONT update, and I’m afraid something is wrong with my phone and that I could not do anything since there is no official nothing Store in Spain.
Anyone has faced the same issue as me?
I opened 2 tickets but still no answer. If they are not able to solve It vía Mail is nothing going to help me fix It?
