Air coming out of the phone when pressing on back

Hey everyone,

I just received my new Phone (2). Everything works fine but I am just wondering wether it’s normal that air comes out of the front speaker when pressing on the back of the phone or if it’s just my phone having this issue. I didn’t really find anything about this in the web. When pressing on the back of the phone I can literally hear and feel the air coming out of the front speaker above the camera lens. I know the Phone (2) is not waterproof but even from a water-resistant phone I would expect nothing like this. If you could just try this one out with your phone and give me a quick feedback I would be very thankfull.

This sure is an unusual one. Usually to disperse air in such a way, there would need to be a serious change in internal volume.

How did you initially discover this and what exactly are you doing to achieve this? a few more details would really helpful.

Hey Derren,

I just took the phone out of the box and when looking at the Glyph Interface I pressed on the back of the phone when I first heard this sound. When doing it I can clearly see the Backglass as well as the Flex-Cable underneath it bend down. I can achieve it only by putting one finger on the front display and one on the backglass and pressing them together without much force. Unfortunately it is kinda hard to hear on a Video due to the bad microphone quality on my old phone, I tried to capture it but I still don’t think this is normal.
