Being silent will not help Nothing in anyway, They should come out and speak honestly and clearly about the delayed updates and also they need to convince users on actual roll-out of the updates.

what a pathetic cry here. the beta versions had errors that need to be repaired. That’s what beta versions are for. The duration is something. The howling would be much worse and bigger if everyone had received a faulty update. I seriously wonder whether one or two critics even realize what nonsense they are publishing here.

Now my excitement for update is down. It is still beta running just under the name of stable. Still wondering what happened in beta 1 and 2. Atleast gives 2.0.4 widgets and launcher update and they are not available in play store anymore.

The value of a mobile phone is not just the hardware and the marketing. It’s the HW, the SW and the support provided. Support means timely and quality updates, among other things. If Nothing wants to play with the Big Boys, they should know this.

Marketing announcements to drive Xmas sales is not going to cut it if your customer base is not happy.

I don’t want to force anyone. But anyone can manually upgrade to 2.5.1 by following the post #684.

I didn’t notice a single issue. Everything is working perfectly. Call app, msg app, contact app….no issues.

Music visualisation perfectly synchronised with audio.

Battery is same as before.

Please note, I haven’t factory reset the phone after the update.

Rather waiting, if you want, give it a try.
