Network problem in nothing phone 2

My Nothing phone 2 device is 8,128. From the day of first use, this device freezes on receiving calls and neither calls gets connected nor disconnected..when I see the network preferences in settings,it shows 3G,4G,5G…. It doesn’t connect to 2G network.

While it should connect on 2G network GSM.

It is the the biggest flaws in it.pls fix it.

is BSNL. When there is 2G coverage,then it should connect on it. In my phone it shows no signal for Bsnl 2G.

ArpitShrivastava_Sb0WY0z4OV Begin by attempting a network reset. Alternatively, dial *#*#4636#*#* and set the network for SIM 2 to WCDMA/GPRS (GSM)/EDGE, then try again. If the issue persists, it could be related to carrier network coverage in your area.

Idk if it’s just me or it’s happening with someone as well, after the new update my phone has been facing network issues continuously. I have to restart the phone sometimes and even after that I have to go and activate the sim manually like why is that required?? My sim slot 2 works and sometimes it takes 5-10 mins to start on it’s own, I request nothing to solve this issue asap.

KoustubhTrivedi suggest contacting service center if you face such issue again. Also, check with your wifi provider, may be some issue at their end.

I have nothing phone 2, i have full coverage of Govt.Telecom company BSNL 4G radiated on 700 MHz spectrum, and when I manually search ot shows BSNL 4G, but unable to connect.

And Nothing phone 2 supports LTE band 700 MHz on B28 band but my phone doesn’t connect to BSNL 4g.pls do needful urgently.
