OK, no replies after three days entitles me to reply to myself.
I tried to get answers, but I received none, neither here nor from the post-sale support. So I tried to reach one of the mods by replying to another discussion about the same matter. Although I did not like the fact that he deleted my comment and reached out in private, the mod is being very kind and trying to see if he can get some info for me. In the meantime I found out that the mods in this community do not work for Nothing (with capital N, because they do work for nothing with small n…), so: chapeau to them.
Meanwhile, since I had promised a bad review, today I posted one on Trustpilot. If I could leave 0 stars I would have, but one star is the minimum… Let’s see how long it’s going to take them to reach out this time.
Speaking of Trustpilot, yesterday the rating was 4.0, today (before my review) it went to 3.9. I made some digging and found out that many of the 4- and 5-stars reviews happened last september and were the “invited” sort, meaning Nothing somehow solicited reviews and got a spike of 95 out of the 291 reviews they have today. But if you exclude those reviews, where would the rating be today? Mind you, I’m not saying they are fake, but I can bet they are pretty biased. Only 2 one-star reviews out of 95? Far above their average I would say…
On the post-sale support front, no news (which is not good news, is it?)
I reiterate my question: what are my options in your opinion? Anyone has an idea?
