I bought my mobile last week (17th Dec, 2023) from flipkart, which has dust inside the back camera. And the very next day I handed over my mobile to the nearest service center. Until now(27th Dec, 2023) I didn’t get my mobile back. The Nothing customer support team always asking me to understand and wait for the replacement as it is in progress. Now I want to escalate this to the senior management because no one is really caring about the time and money I have invested in buying this product. Please suggest a solution @Carl @[gelöscht]
