Best thing to do is reach out to support, they’ll be able to guide you further on this and help provide a solution.

Parts aren’t currently available to purchase seperately and it may also be tricky to find them from a third party supplier (and likely more expensive if you do)

Hello,

First time poster here. I am a Mauritian and was gifted a Nothing Phone 2 just recently. However, I have damaged/broken my screen and Nothing After Sales cannot assist me for repairs due to my location.

Best possibility for me would be to buy the spare parts myself and fix it myself. Any idea of where I can find/buy genuine screen and frame replacement parts?

Edit: @Darren, my post has been merged and queried unanswered, and I cannot reply consecutively so if no one replies to this, my query is gone into the drawer.

Nothing Support cannot provide assistance and no spare parts available. I am on my own, any tips? Or just discard the phone and get one where I can find after sale services internationally?

NikhilSeewoo as stated above, spare parts are not really available to purchase and you may or may not have trouble finding them from a third party seller.

The only advice I can give currently is reaching out to support but I understand that they were not able to offer you a resolution this time.

Support cannot do anything for me due to my location. Parts as you’ve said are impossible to find.

Buying another phone seems to be the only option.

same problem with me how ever service center is 8km far from my location but due to my office work i am not able to go and repair my phones i hope they updates parts price on official sites just like apple and samsung.
