PDF not opening in Dual Whatsapp

Hi everyone.

PDF file downloaded in Dual Whatsapp is not opening throught the app. It has to be opened by going in file manager.

Could it be a WhatsApp problem over a nothing OS issue ?

Did you try using a different PDF reader app also ?

Remi F The same doesn’t happen in regular whatsapp. Its an issue in Dual Whatsapp. The PDF does open from the file explorer but it has oroblem from the dual whatsapp

KrishJain_eyRAiPmxvL ok so it’s probably a whatsapp problem then ? did you try with another phone if you have the same issue ?

I am unable to download pdf not only in dual whatsapp but also on the main whatsapp. I tried reinstalling whatsapp but of no use. I have nothing phone 2, and the problem started since the time I have upgraded to latest OS. Please help with reolution.

same issue with nothing 2.

UnablE to open pdf files in parallel whatsapp. Apparently, it does open when downloaded into file explorer or even sent to mail.

however this doesn’t happen with the regular WhatsApp installed, there the pdf open up without any issue
