Same issues for me. 3 workouts now in York, UK and the GPS route mapping is spot-on. Just a shame it places it in Kazakhstan!!!

There’s an update to the CMF watch Pro app out now and it’s fixed the location issue for me at last, I hope it will for everyone else as well. It’s also corrected all previous tracked activity of mine. Hopefully that’s the end of this problem for everyone?

Have issues, GPS data wipeout after 10-14 KM without the phone.

EDIT: The watch’s GPS works outdoors only if you stand extremely still for about 30-40 seconds. It has 0 shot of working indoors and it won’t work if you try to walk and start a workout.

(For me, the GPS is struggling to get a signal. I’ve to wait at least 5 mins outdoors for it to catch a signal and say “Ready to Start Workout”. I don’t know why is this, I mean GPS in other devices work fine here, why is the watch struggling ?)

I came across the fact that tracking my location is working absolutely incorrectly. The map shows strange detours through wastelands and forests, and so on. The route drawn on the map is very far from the real one

It seems to be genuine issue with the most watches. Have same problem in India

Same problem in France.

Heart rate inaccurate, GPS inaccurate. Notifications not working. connectivity has issues.

So we should be happy it tells time accurately.

These are basic functionalities that have not been fixed since the launch: almost 8 months ago.

They are already on to the Watch pro 2 they don’t care about the watch pro anymore.😩

Recently in my CMF Watch Pro GPS location isn’t working.While going for outdoor walk watch isn’t locating the place.I checked in open spaces and several days.

Is this any software issue or something.

When I enable the ‘outdoor walking’ sport mode the GPS doesn’t work! I waited around 30 minutes for Positioning, but It still doesn’t locate.

I also encounter the same problem with my cms watch pro 2, I have to wait about 5 minutes outside and maybe it connects.

I wish I’d seen this discussion before I bought the watch. I only ever get the first 50-100 m shown on the map trace. Nothing support sent me a list of permissions and other things to check, including “Ensure your watch maintains a stable connection with your phone throughout the activity: Keep your phone with you during the run or walk” which I found surprising. I thought the point of having built in GPS is that I don’t have to bring the phone on a run. Anyway, I did bring the phone on a walk and kept it connected and still only got a few meters recorded.

Hi Folks, has the issue been resolved yet. I have a similar issue where in app no GPS route is tracked even though GPS is connected in the watch while walking.

I am also on the latest version.
