I hope this message finds you all in good spirits. My name is Ravi Prakash Gupta, and I am reaching out to our vibrant community seeking assistance with a concerning issue I’ve encountered with my Nothing Phone 1.
Today on 7th Feb 2024, around 10:30 AM IST, I visited the F1-Ranchi Support Centre to report an issue where I am unable to visibly see anything on my Nothing Phone 1 screen. Despite using the device with utmost care and no active impact, I am facing this significant problem within just 13 months of usage.
While my phone is still operational, receiving calls with vibrations, connecting to my Bluetooth device, and allowing me to answer calls with vibrations and use a connected Bluetooth device for audio and video calls, the diagnosis from the service center suggests that the phone’s motherboard is non-functional and needs replacement.
I expressed my concerns about the diagnosis, emphasizing that I could still use Bluetooth connectivity and receive calls (audio/video). The lack of trust in their diagnosis led me to withdraw my phone from the service center without a resolution.
I am now seeking urgent assistance from our community and kindly request guidance on the nearest service center to my residence with PIN code 822128. Additionally, if anyone has experienced a similar issue or has insights into possible solutions, your input would be highly appreciated.
