Phone (1) frequent boot loop

Case: My Nothing Phone 1 automatically goes to Restart in a Loop 9-10 Times (It will not show you the main screen) After 9-10 times restart loop then my phone will start. And it happens 3 to 4 times a day.

I went to the service center, they kept my phone for 2-3 Days when I asked them what service you have done so they said we have software your phone. But the issue was still not solved.

Please let me know the best solution for this case.

My Views: I think there is some issue with the Lock button.

Anyone facing the same issue can share their view in reply below.

Hi! I’m running into the same problem since today. The phone suddenly restarted and is in a restart loop since the last couple hours. Evenutally I managed to get into safe mode for a moment, but then again the devices restarted….

Did you manage to resolve this issue? If yes, how did you do it?

Hi. The same thing happened to me. The phone suddenly went into a boot loop that lasted until the battery died. Nothing worked and the phone didn’t turn off. When I connected the phone to the charger, the boot loop continued. I was able to crack it by holding the power and volume up buttons, got to the menu and did a factory reset there (on the 5th try). The instructions are also on youtube. Then the phone turned on but I lost all files and apps. I suspect Huawei’s health app is behind this boot loop. Ever since I bought a huawei watch and connected it to my phone, everything worked for a few days and then the boot loop came. When I did a factory reset, the phone worked for about a day, but when I reinstalled huawei health, after about 12 hours, the boot loop started again. After removing the application, the phone still works (approx. 18 hours). But it annoys me a lot because I can’t use the watch. can the error be checked and possibly removed? Thank you.
