Ear (2) connection strength outside

Hi there, I just got my ear(2) and I’m satisfied overall. First I tried them on my home and had no problem but when I got out I started to experience connection issues. When I move my head or even when my phone is in movement the sounds glitches like when the phone is not close from the buds.

Has anyone else had this problem?

EdgarBlanco same issue but try holding your phone in your hand or keep it in your left pocket of your pants then the connection becomes stable
