Phone 1 - Fails to update

While I am trying to update my Phone 1 to Android 14 i.e. nothing OS 2.0 it’s constantly failing to update.

I have tried with multiple options like,

Restart
Changed Network
Ensured to have enough storage
Updated rest all apps and security of device
Ensured to have enough charge (tried while it was on charge)

But no option is working at all..

Please help me here to get this sorted as it’s been a month now I am struggling with it.

My device is showing that 2.5 beta update is available, though my system is running 2.5.2(beta), i complained the service centre many times, but they always say that the issue will be solved within 48-72 hours, but it doesn’t.
