There are two major issues I’m facing regarding the fast charging of this device.
Charging Speed: My NP2a is charging at only 25W, regardless of the ambient temperature or the charger being used. I’ve tried different chargers that support the PD protocol, but this phone never charges beyond 25W, despite the brand’s promise of a 45W charging speed.
Unreliable Fast Charging: Sometimes, I have to unplug the device and plug it back in to initiate fast charging. The charging speed often stays around 2000mA at the beginning and remains at that level until I unplug and plug it back in. Because of this, I have to ensure the device is fast charging every time I put it on the charger.
I’m currently using a Samsung 25W PD charger and have been facing these issues since the beginning. I understand that I’m not the only one experiencing these problems. I keep waiting for updates, hoping that Nothing will fix these issues. However, even after 5 months, these issues remain unresolved.
I really love this device and still hope that Nothing will fix these problems soon.
