Feature request: 5G auto change to 4G if not in use

Hi Nothing community, I have issues with my phone getting warm and hot in pocket, when further checking, the phone stay on 5G even turn on smart 5G. I hope that Nothing can add feature 5G Auto like iPhone, where when the phone is not use, it will automatic change to 4G. So that the phone not getting hot in pocket if not using the phone.

Joe King Sorry for the inconvenience cause. I already edit the words. I mean setting 5G Auto like iPhone, where when the phone is not in use, the phone will automatic change from 5G to 4G instead it stay on 5G even not in used.

You can set preffered network type to 5G and then set smart 5G to off and now set 5G standalone to on. This is in your sim settings. If you have smart 5G set to on, it will switch to 4G at times maybe this is your issue?
