We have received the latest technical update indicating that the issue of incoming calls not displaying has been resolved with the software update version 2.5.5. However, we regret to hear that the issue of the other party not being able to hear during calls remains unresolved and will be addressed in the next update.
Regarding the issue of unresponsive touchscreen after connection, our technical team is currently analyzing the situation, and it appears to be related to a problem with Google. At this time, we do not have a confirmed resolution timeframe, but please be assured that we are closely monitoring the situation and will provide updates as soon as they become available.
We apologize for any inconvenience these issues may have caused and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve them.
