I also returned my Phone(2a) to Amazon yesterday. I don’t know if the technical team will do anything, problems with AA also exist with the Phone(2)… I replaced the Phone(2a) with a Realme 12 Pro. The Realme is also very good: better handling for me, fast (I don’t play), fluid, very good battery life, nice screen, nice photos. Additionally, AA works perfectly with Realme.

Well, I’ve had enough of waiting and will switch back to Samsung. The Nothing philosophy is very interesting and I’m looking forward to future smartphones and other products. However, there are many little things that bother me and the communication with customer service (false promises etc.) could also be improved. I hope for your sake that something will change in the future, but I’ve simply had enough.

jonaa btw if you have ordered via Amazon, you can still return your device after 30 days. Simply explain to support that there are problems with the functionality and they will quickly initiate the return.

Same Problem with me. Nothingphone 2a and Skoda Enyaq. But resolved Yesterday with Phone Update to 2.5.5a.

Works now Like a Charm.

Received an update 10min ago. Tested the microphone over Bluetooth and over android auto. Works fine

I have just updated to 2.5.5a and the screen on android auto is still back and unresponsive!

Are nothing trying to fix this or have we been forgotten?

I am lucky that I have other phones but would really like to use the 2a as my daily driver.

Shay I installed yesterday 2.5.5.a but no joy. Screen remains black…

Patch description says they fixed the problem where the other party could not hear you during calls. At least this issue was fixed. Let’s see following patch if the problem of black screen in Android Auto can be solved…

I Have the same problems with my nothing phone 2a and my new car peugeot 2008 edition 2022. Please nothing fix this situasion. Aindroid Auto in very important for me

matteocelotti You are not alone. Same car same problem. You know what’s weird? The phone does work in other cars but it’s quite laggy (tried in a 2024 Kia for instance).
