2a Crackling sound on earpiece

I got an issue with the speaker ..when I am in calls…I was very disturbed with this crackling sound continuously..can some one help me to resolve this issue..??

What to do with the sound, it’s so annoying when I got a call from some especially If he has redmi or OnePlus phone

Im editting this post today 26/03/2024, because I got a update 2.5.4a and they have resolved this issue. I couldn’t explain how happy I am.😎👍

Yep whenever I get a call and I put it on speaker 🔊 that too specifically at Max. Volume then there is noticeably crackling sound.

I hope they fix this with an UPDATE ASAP.

ASphone is basically made for calls first 🥇 and other things are secondary!!

Hi, I am first time NP2a user. Switched from OP7T Pro. I am facing a very peculiar problem since I switched to NP2a…voice on my end suddenly starts distorted while in the middle of the call.. something like I am talking on a crank radio..I have to disconnect and redial. It is very very frustrating… please help.

Facing the same issue where the top speaker crackles at high volume when playing music. I found a temporary solution for this though. I downloaded wavelet and tinkered with the equalizer and the sound is much better at the cost of reduced volume. Hope nothing fixed this issue though and hope that update can fix this.

Cracking voice in earbuds / neckband after few seconds of talking on phone via phone call , the voice of other person is cracking when he/she speaks and voice not clear.

Same problem, just bought the phone yesterday. I spent so much money and even couldn’t get a good speaker.

So frustrating, 😡.

Media, Call, Camera are the most important thing and this phone is a big problem in 2 of these.

Don’t know what to do. Flipkart wouldn’t take it back, I don’t have time to go to nothing service center.
