Hey folks,
Since the latest feature update 2.5.2, Nothing has added a new âfeatureâ that allows you to disable Wi-Fi and cellular data in the lock Screen without unlocking the Phone.
Now, whatâs the issue here? If someone were to steal your phone, you wouldnât be able to track it until it connects to a cellular tower or Wi-Fi hotspot. Yes, GPS is still enabled, but you canât track it since itâs essentially off the radar in that regard because no sane robber would enable them again.
Itâs a significant security flaw. Please either add it back to the system or at least provide an option to re-enable it through the security settings, allowing it to be disabled only after unlocking the phone.
