I’ve been waiting and hoping for three months that this problem would be fixed. Instead, I see every week that more and more people are being affected by this negligence. And Nothing is doing exactly what its name means: NOTHING.
I’m sure many have tried to contact customer support and all have received the same message as I did: a pre-written message with guidelines to minimize the options on a phone that just came out in 2024 (!!), instead of acknowledging the problem and fixing it. This is unacceptable. Perhaps it’s time to start copying and pasting the link to this thread, with HUNDREDS of affected people, in all the online stores where this product is available for sale.
