If it’s not locked and still It doesn’t show any more fps , then it’s definitely the games issue

AlexMrngstr69 That’s an interesting observation.. The display refresh rate and FPS are indeed locked, even in games like BGMI/PUBG. This issue with FPS isn’t from the app or game developer; it’s a restriction imposed by the Nothing team, limiting the refresh rate in specific games.
Despite in-game graphics in Warzone being unlocked, they don’t match the refresh rate of our phone.

That’s the whole point. It’s a bug ..needs to be fixed that’s all. Else if it’s for optimization., give us to set game specific refresh rate through game mode. This would also help and not lock the app with 60 hertz

Vinnnyyy that’s the whole point of the discussion. the display is locked maximum to 60 hz. thats why its not going above 60 fps

AlexMrngstr69 switch on developer option and make show refresh rate as on. Then switch on the game. You will see 60 top left . It’s not 120.

I kind of did earlier for another issue. But they give some troubleshooting tips and then at the end inform to take it to service centre. So though here it might help. Anyways will send the feedback as well

No bro. It’s still present. No way to fix it. Waiting for nothing team to update. However we can try some 3rd party refresh rate apps. Like smart hertz . But the non root version doesn’t work on Android 14

I have got a work around . And solves the issue. But using this trick you have to do it every time. You open the game . And in this way you can unlock 120 fps

Select high refresh rate mode
Open wzm and switch back to recent apps.
Tap on icon and select pop up menu.
Then wzm should be playing on popup view on main menu
Click on popup , and then drag the below gesture to expand back wzm to full screen..
Then you have it it’s now in 120 fps
It may not show in the menu . But start a game you would see it’s reaching 90-120 fps.
But if go somewhere else it would be back to 60fps.
So need to do it again

I recently downloaded and played the game. In about 10 minutes the temp reached 41 C. Is it normal? I did not play thereafter. I play Efootball 2024 at highest settings and temp almost always stays at 39 C Max. Rarely does it touch 40C. Where I live ambient temp is around 23 C at this time of the year.

Yes high temperature is normal for warzone mobile. It’s a new game and needs a lot of optimisation

Hussain Cod mobile locks phones at 60hz. Even if your phone says it has 120fps cod locks it to 60. They enable ceartain phone manufacturers to have 120 fps such as Sony Xperia 1 and snapdragon phones and apple pro. It’s done one cause they make deals with these manufacturers and two so just cause your phone can do 120hz they will drop the graphics to low so your phone won’t overheat. Max framerate just means it will play at 60fps consistently and not drop
