Putting Phone 2 down to listen to audio messages stops the audio

Hi all, just trying to get some help on how to proceed in fixing this.

Whenever I get an audio message through Whatsapp and try to listen to it by putting the phone down (face up on a straight leveled surface) the audio starts playing through the Phone 2’s top speaker. Has anyone else seen or fixed this issue?

Hey, I have the exact same issue. Since the beginning actually. It’s been months since I reported this issue on my side and I can tell it’s awful, nothing have been done about it.
