Is DMC used at all in UK for distributing delivering the phones via DPD?

I see very have them in stock again or showing on the website as may not mean they have them but then why can they not ship them out to us who have brought it. Or better yet just cancel my order as I asked in march but due to speed of the warehouse which made me laugh they can’t cancel it until I receive it then send it back 🤔 it’s stupid this whole situation is I am glad I brought it from nothing in the end but this ain’t fair !!!

I have been waiting 10 days for my phone so far they said it’d be here that they after I purchased it from very and I have two emails since saying there’s a problem with stock why is the India market more important to this company than the UK people want this form what you too busy supply and everyone else other than us and the company is a UK company mental I want my white 256gig version soon

Furthermore you need a call center stop doing everything via email or chat or chat bots

markkendall123 I have been waiting since the 10th march from very and the same delay emails from them. It’s not fair at all I mean how long will it be could be another 3 months…. And why are very showing it on the store ppl will purchase it and be in the same boat as us my expected date is 8th April nearly a month since I have been waiting.

Unfortunately I don’t think we will be getting anything any time soon 😞

I keep chasing Argos to provide an update but I haven’t got a word of news from them since Thursday, when they told me that my item was dispatched on the 25th which is the day before it was meant to and why is it taking 8 days and counting from it being dispatched to actually arriving? I have been waiting since the 22nd. This may have been interrupted by the bank holiday weekend but it still is past the 5 working day estimated delivery date argos set me.

victory_gomuj yes unfortunately it sounds like they don’t have none at all then they need to refund everyone as they can not keep waiting for stock from nothing as that can be a how long is a piece of string situation. I really hope they update with some sort of information at least

The big question here is How long we have to wait? Argos said Nothing is the one who have to do the delivery.. And Nothing doesn’t have a clear answer. Could be nice at least why this is happening and how long will take to Nothing to delivery the phones.

Yes but you know Argos told me that the product was actually shipped the working day after I ordered it but it has been 10 days since that day and it still hasn’t arrived so it clearly isn’t a stock issue.

I got an SMS earlier today too, saying it was going to be dispatched later today. I remain sceptical until I see that tracking number 😆

Good News! I received my tracking number from Argos. Although I am a bit confused. Is UK Mail the same thing as Royal Mail or DHL?

victory_gomuj To my knowledge UK Mail is part of DHL and once sorted they hand over to Royal Mail for the end delivery.

Yes I just received mine from very looking at the package it says milk not white not a issue but just thought to let you guys have a nose too be interesting if some got white or milk

I just received mine and it was the black one, not the white. Apparently everyone at Argos is colour blind.
