Phone (1) - Unlock Delay

I have been facing this delay issue since couple of months. Hoping it would be fixed in the new update. But, the issue still exist even after the recent update.

Details:

When I try to unlock the phone there is a very visible amount of delay in the lock screen response of around 9-10 Seconds sometimes more the lag/delay of lock screen response gets frustrating when there is an emergency for a call or task and the phone cant be unlocked due to response delay .

OS Version: Nothing OS 2.5.3.A (1st Feb 2024 last security update)

Has anyone been facing the same issue? has anyone found a solution ?

I started facing this issue from the recent update. Clicking on the power button, double tapping on the screen doesn’t respond for atleast 10 seconds

Exactly! Do you know how to notify the NOTHING team about this issue? It gets annoying at times, there is some urgency and your phone cant be unlocked or is irresponsive for 10-15 seconds!

After SW update 2.5.5, didn’t face the issue for a while but the unlock delay issue has reappeared. Had raised the Ticket for the same got a reply saying to visit the service center and get it checked, Will keep posted of further developments

Post latest update, my phone heated up one day like anything. I literally had to keep it in a insulated cold bucket to reduce the heat. Post that my wireless charging stopped working, now since last 2 weeks I am seeing delayed unlock issue
