Without a root, I have not been able to find a solution to this either. I tried an app called “App Ops”, but when I would disable “Audio Focus” mode in an app, the app wouldn’t playback the media.
It’s unfortunate because something like this currently prevents me from switching from my Samsung to use the NP2 as my main phone.
I wish nothing would add a Multiple Audio Sources setting to the Sounds settings.
