Akshathkj When watching instgram reels, the displays shuts itself if I do not touch the display. I have set display timer to 30 sec, but that shouldn’t be an issue, right?
TA_RUN Akshathkj Turning on “screen attention” may help. Go to settings>display>screen timeout>screen attention.
Kratos Akshathkj does it shut down frequently or after 30 min Or 1 hr because I have seen same thing happens with my previous device Instagram shut down itself after sometime and didn’t open only open after restart it happens once in a week

SRM_008 Derren happens while playing games too. I have faced the issue on NFS most wanted, in straight lines i don’t need to touch the screen so after 10-15 seconds screen times out. Please look into this.
davarpe Having the same issue on my NP2 for a while, It happens to me when watching longer reels on instagram. Haven’t tried in other apps.
