Issues with my newly bought Nothing Ear 2

I recently bought Nothing Ear 2 after watching alot of reviews on YouTube. I was expecting a desirable performance from the buds.

But as soon as i received tha buds, @disappointments started.

Firstly, the buds didn’t pair for awhile. I had to put them on charge for half an hour and then they paired. Also, i don’t know how the left bud was only 30% charge while the right side and the case was 100%.

After use for half an hour, the left earbud discharged from 80% to 20% ( I have even updated the firmware).

The battery of earbuds doesn’t survive for more than 3 hours even with ANC off.

Apart from this, there were distortion sounds during gameplays.

This isn’t at all what you expect from a premium level earbuds.

I request the Nothing team @carl to please solve the issues as we are buying the product with alot of hope. It’s completely unbelievable to get a service like that at such a price point.

May just be a faulty unit, reach out to support on the website for a possible replacement.

Also., don’t think we are allowed to tag head members of the team . Best thing I can suggest is too just message support .

The battery thing out of the box could just be from it sitting for a while without being used (as in sitting in stock)

Even my buds battery isn’t that good .. and lasts sooner before a movie finish

I checked too many reviews about ear 2, and find same answer from them, they all have to use ear to maximum 3 Hour, and it’s matched with my ear 2 backup.
