RAM Booster doesnt actually add RAM to your device, its a kind of virtual RAM that takes advantage of your storage.
The page you’re viewing in Developer Settings is reading the RAM that your device is equipped with, not including RAM Booster.
If you want to view your RAM + allocated RAM Booster, you can check in Settings > About Phone. That will display your RAM as “Physical RAM + Allocated RAM Booster”.
Alternatively you can head to Settings > System > RAM Booster to change the allocated amount for RAM Booster.
