I have a humble request to anyone from the Nothing team as I need help, perhaps: Apologies, but I ended up with two active phone (1) orders, “unfortunately”. In the first one, my unique investors’ invitation code was somehow not used properly. It seems I went through the process of a regular pre-order instead and I was put in a public waiting queue.
I realized it only a few minutes ago, when I went through the threat and checked my profile and saw that my code is still there, “waiting to be used”, and there was a timer running of (referring correctly to mentioned 48 hrs.). So I clicked on it (under “Invites” under my profile: https://eu.nothing.tech/account#invites) and it asked me for another payment.
I went through it as I though "OK, so, either there is some error on the web OR it (the code) was already used and it will tell me that after I try to submit the order for the 2nd time OR something went wrong with the 1st attempt and if I don’t follow this I will lose my chance to skip the queue by using the given code and the code’s validity itself.
In the end, the 2nd ordering process went through, too, as before. But now it all seems fine, the code was used successfully, the invitation says “used”, using the code again is not possible. But as I said at the beginning I ended up with two active orders.
I know the order is marked as non-refundable, but is there by any chance any possibility to cancel the first (or I mean the wrong, whichever it is, the public one) attempt? 🤞🏻
Or just please, let me know what happened and if all is fine. Or should I search for a friend who will buy the second device? 😆
