Invite code were meant to expire after 48hrs, but I found this morning (BST) that it had expired early. Any help with this please?

Do you remember what time?
Because when I write in another post 10:00AM is BST +1 for me,
so maybe they started sending their emails at 09:00/09:30 BST.
I try to find an explanation about this problem.

Sib64 I was sent the email on Friday at 9:59am BST, but the code had expired by the same time this morning.

I used the link in the email and my location is set to London, UK.

I’m one of the investors too, but I did not receive any email, any pre order link or invitation to order. Why does everyone already shared they can pre order. This is quite confusing and I’m very disappointed

Have you added location in your settings?
If not it’s the reason you haven’t receive a mail with link for pre-order .
If you have already added, perhaps your country is one of the countries they do not operate in.

I’m sorry but if you have added location in your settings and haven’t receive any pre-order link, the bast way is to be patient.

My location has been added to my setting, but I didn’t receive any pre order link, I’m in Spain.

Same issues as other. Country was ok (France). I added the full shipping address. Fingers crossed 🤞

I received the code , but the link to enter the code and pay pre order amount, DID NOT WORK !

All this drama for nothing ( as in the common noun).

Since I am ineligible of getting the government consumption voucher, therefore I cannot order from 1010 (which must use consumption voucher to order). Please let me know if there’s any other way to pre-order phone(1). Thanks!

I think someone from the Nothing Team will try to help you by giving you an answer.
I’m just an investor like you, just trying to help other members with my knowledge.
I’m not a mod (even a mod might not be able to give you an answer) or a member of the Nothing Team so I can’t help you further.

Sib64 have already dropped this complaint on the Community invite thread. My pre order private invite code isn’t working on Flipkart. It is saying this code has already been used. Can you help?

I’m swiss-Italian, but unfortunately used my swiss address for everything so far and it’s been nothing but a disappointment.

No email with code, StockX didn’t take my bid at 800$+ and I had to go via the Italian website to at least put myself on the regular waiting list with i guess number 20′000+ on the list.

Bad communication leading to not satisfactory results so far

Have you added your location in your settings.
If so, that’s fine.

If yes and you have put Switzerland, I suggest you put an address for @minster in Italy and for @DanieleMessi in France, if you can have an address in each country, and then change your place of residence to Italy for one and France for the other.

minster What boggles my mind is that Nothing presented the Phone (1) at Art Basel in Switzerland. Yet don’t allow us to preorder the phone?

I had the same issue, I put a new address in France last week, but until now nothing happened and I still don’t have a code. I will keep you updated if I receive anything.
Hopefully there will be a solution for this before it’s too late…
