Ear (2) - Delay when switching device with Dual Connection

My ear 2 connected to my nothing phone 1 and a macbook. Whenever I play any audio or video in my phone, the sound is not coming for few seconds. If I disconnect ear 2 from macbook, then it is working fine. This issue is happening only in dual connection mode. I tried resetting the ear 2. But still the issue is there.

Hello, in some case, ear (2) may need a short delay to detect sound source and switch to the device playing audio.

Not in some case. As I said, the issue is happening only when the ear connected to a phone and a laptop. And the delay is only when playing audio or video in the phone not in the laptop. And also the delay is significant. Like 4 or 5 secs

Yes this is expected, Ear need to find the active audio source and eventually switch to it if it wasn’t the current one which introduce this 4-5s delay.
A good way to get it to switch quicker oftern is to pause-play the media until it get to your ear

What is this? I have used other tws with dual connection. I never faced this issue. And I am highlighting again, there is no delay while playing the audio from the laptop. The delay is only when playing audio from the phone.

Pugazh same here. I have my iPhone and MacBook connected to ear2, and in 9 times out of 10 there’s no sound even after 4-5 seconds. The only thing worked for me is to manually disconnect one of devices in the app. But next time second device reconnects and issue comes back
