chiragckssharma Idk whats wrong with my Phone 2(a) but while making a call, the screen never goes off when I put the phone to my ear… Plus when I take the phone out of my pocket, the mistouch prevention fails to detect that the phone is not out of my pocket. The screen doesn’t turn on for me to unlock it with fingerprint… The proximity is not working i guess or some other issue with the phone app or something? Anyone else having this issue?
MihirGupta_y5l738GiR1 chiragckssharma your screen protector must be covering the sensor its on the right of the top speaker just remove the screen protector and place a new one a little below the sensor
Pepsibear You should try out proximity sensor test, which you can find plenty on Playstore. If you are using thrid party screen protector, it might be covering the sensor which is located on the top right edge.
DeerendraKumarK Guys my phone 2a’s proximity sensor is a bit lagging. Sometimes when I attend the call and keep it near my ear, the sensor doesn’t work properly. So help me guys to overcome this problem. Thank you.
