Hi, I just purchased the Nothing ear (a) and I’m frustrated by the Bass Enhance feature. It cannot be switched off. More specifically, the sound doesn’t change when I turn the feature off. I can change the level of Bass Enhance but cannot turn it off completely.
I tried resetting the earbuds but that didn’t fix the issue. I’ve got the latest firmware installed.
I really hope someone can help me.
