Good afternoon, awesome people! Does anyone know if there’s a way to disable androids “conversations” option in notification settings? It is supposed to make it easier to get conversations on top of other notifications, however all it does is completely screw up every notification setting including essential notifications. Example:
Facebook messenger: when you just install it you can choose “chats” as an essential notification, and hope that it would mean that all chats are essential, however as soon as anyone texts you , messenger will create a new notification channel just for that person and then the essential glyphs will work sometimes. Sometimes it’ll see it as a chat, sometimes - not. You can choose all contacts, but these channels keep changing and disappearing as different people text you. (Picture attached) Please anyone help. It’s driving me nuts and making essential glyphs unusable. If anyone knows a workaround please PLEASE share
