365 days!
For those who may be unfamiliar, over Nothing’s Discord server, @Daniel set up a streak bot recording the number of days that someone has posted at least 3 words. Each day corresponds to a Pokémon in the Pokédex. Today a few of us caught Walrein! (#0365) (You can also catch Shinies!)
Firstly, huge thanks to Daniel for setting this up! Thank you to all the community team for creating a space I want to contribute to and participate in!
A year ago, Ear(2) had been released, Beer(5.1%) was tempting us all and we were eagerly awaiting what came next. Since then, Phone(2) launched, we’ve seen a few NothingOS iterations, CMF landed, bringing a new category of products, we saw Phone(2a) and more recently Ear & Ear(a). @RohitPakalapati came onboard as CBO, we’re amid the development of Community Edition and who knows what is in store next!
Over the last year, while there have been days that I’ve only been able to say “Good Morning Guys” in Discord, I’ve also had opportunities to get down to a couple of launch events, the London arcade community social and engage a bit more than ever. It’s been a great year and pair that quite a few personal life goals, I can say I’ve had a pretty good year.
It does seem only a year ago we hit the 100 mark and got that role, then moving on to Gen 2 and since then, we’ve lost a few more but I’m excited to keep contributing on Discord and I’d like to post more here!
Maybe I’ll lose this streak, but for the time being, I’ll keep sharing my food in the #Food&Drink channel and dipping into conversations where I can! Also, to all the other streak leaders (and those hot on our tails), thank you, you’ve helped keep me accountable to this streak, but you all contribute so much to these spaces that make this better for us all! 🍻
