It’s worth noting that the reason we inform about the support team (not the service centre) is that a lot of users either don’t try support, or they’re unaware that Nothing has a dedicated team who is trained to help customers.
The user has also already said they have reset the phone and that hasn’t resolved the issue. As a Mod, there isn’t anything else I can do within my power, but to suggest they speak to the support team who are far more skilled and resourceful than I am, seeing as I do not work for Nothing.
I asked the user if this is with all apps or certain ones, in order to try to understand which use cases the issue happens, to somewhat troubleshoot the topic - if anyone else experiencing this issue (seems like there is) would like to elaborate and let us know in which specific use cases and/or apps this happens, as well as software version, that might be useful to help resolve the issue.
