JohnKevinAlfaro I just bought a new nothing ear stick, one thing I noticed was it doesn’t automatically turning off when I putting it back to the case and closing the case. I can still connect to the buds. How to fix it? Thank you in advance!
Damien Sullins Check the metal contacts on both the earbuds and in the case. If they aren’t nice and shiny, put a few drops of IPA on a Q-tip and scrub the contacts. (Use the other side of the Q-tip to dry it off)
