Data connection is lost while on call

I am facing the issue of lost data connection while on call with my phone.. earlier i thought it may be due to receiving call on sim2 while data is on sim1 or vice versa. but the issue also seen while the call and data is on the same sim.. even wifi data doesn’t work during calls which is surprising. anyone else facing or faced the same issue and found any resolution? i am using Jio 5G (Sim1) and vodafone (sim2)

sawantnilesh75 go to settings and try post activating Voice of LTE (volte) or VoNR

There should be no need to enable voice over LTE feature. The chip should be able to support both a call and data at the same time.
