Watch pro AOD / always on display brightness

Hey guys,

Was wondering if anyone has been able to increase the brightness on the always on display on the cmf watch pro.

The brightness is perfect on normal watch face but super dim when on aod. I know this is meant to do this to save battery but using this mode outside is impossible.

Has anyone got a work around?

Brandon On the Q&A, this was one of the questions. It states you cannot change the dimness of the AOD face. I don’t know any work arounds though. “Since turning on the always-on display (AOD) Watch Face will keep the screen on, it will affect the battery life. In order to improve the battery life, the AOD Watch Face’s brightness is set to low brightness by default. Therefore, when the display switches to the AOD Watch Face, the backlight will switch, and the screen will appear to dim quickly.This is normal for all watches with the AOD feature. Please rest assured that your Watch Pro is functioning normally.” -CMF Support
