One week ago, I bought a brand new Phone(2a) from the official Nothing store in Mexico City. I had been doing heavy research on the company, its principles, etc. and was quite excited to get my new equipment (and needed it, as my old phone is not working properly). However, when it arrived I noticed that, although the WiFi did turn on, it was not receiving any signals (I live in Mexico City and there are 20+ WiFi networks available at any given time at my place). After I was asked to send the logs, which made me try to pair it via Bluetooth with my computer to get them out, due to the lack of WiFi, I realized that Bluetooth was not even turning on. Has somebody else had this problem?
It has been quite frustrating, as the costumer service has been extremely slow. They seem to be in China and we have 14 hours difference, so they answer my messages around 2 am and it makes it impossible for our conversation to arrive to a productive point and for me to get a solution.
I was in a hurry to get the phone, as I needed it, which made me buy the 8/128GB option instead of the 12/256 version, which was not available in White in Mexico. And well, apparently I will have to wait some time to get a replacement.
