I chose white for this challenge because my collection of white tech is ever expanding and i just love how aesthetically pleasing it is. It also works incredibly well when paired with accent colours. White tech also has a somewhat clean and futuristic feel to it.
I knew straight away that i was going to run with the general idea of; few large objects, a few medium objects, and some small objects to fill the void. I sat down with my wife and started taking notes of objects around the house that would match the theme.
I started off with my MacBook Pro, Nintendo Switch OLED, and our new photo printer which has a really cool retro look to it. I then added a few medium objects such as a bowl, a plant pot - which we use for pens, my Phone (2a) box which has an incredible texture, and an astronaut galaxy projector which primarily gets used for the kids enjoyment, but even we love it, it was a great tiktok shop purchase 😂 I then started to fill the gaps and awkward long spaces with a variety of smaller objects, including my finishing touches; a Pikachu card, black Ear (2), my black titanium wedding ring, yellow ear (a), a football, a cloth, and a travel adapter. In my opinion these accents complete the image beautifully, and add that touch of personality.
As a bonus image, here is me stood on a table trying to get the shot, notice the white prime bottle plushie that didn’t quite make the cut 👀
