Hi everyone, it’s my first time writing something here. I just received my Phone (2a), and after a few days of use I’ve noticed that the display is not perfectly uniform.
This issue is most noticeable on darker screens and when the smartphone’s brightness is low. The display seems to show cooler tones in the upper half and warmer tones in the lower half. This is very clearly visible in the attached image.
This photo was taken in complete darkness with the brightness set to minimum. Obviously, in daily use, the problem is not as evident nor disabling, but it’s still something that bothers me considering I’ve only had the smartphone for a few days.
So, I wanted to know if any of you have noticed the same problem, and if so, if you contacted support and received a response. Thank you.
update: apparently the screen has also already began to suffer from burn-in, which is kinda strange considering that I’ve been using it for only one week. At this point I think that my unit is particularly unlucky. I’ll try to get it replaced.
