After a quick bit of research i believe it may be one of two things.
Others users have reported the same issue since the installation of the latest security update, and this doesn’t seem to be limited to Nothing phones.
Some users have also reported that this may happen if you have family link installed on your device. This may block certain apps, features, and installations from unknown sources.
